To describe the sound of a city, it's about machines. The sound of the hustle and bustle of the big city may seem lovely and vibrant, but it is still pollution.

Noise pollution in cities is everywhere, and it isn't just a nuisance. Noise levels in many cities can cause serious and long-term health hazards, but it is hard to avoid. People can use earplugs or avoid noisy parties, but we don't have the ability to avoid high levels of ambient noise inside our communities, workplaces, or schools. Noise appears like breathing with urban activity.
